At Rainfall Medicine we seek to change the stigma
around mental illness, trauma, and addiction.
As a society, we are suffering. Now more than ever we are all carrying the heavy burdens of stress and unresolved trauma. This leads to disconnection, fragmentation, depression, anxiety, exhaustion, numbness, and the need for distraction. When we are out of touch with our pain and our emotions we become divided within ourselves and this division carries over into our relationships and society at large. In addition, we are suffering from an epidemic of self-medication, whether that be medications, drugs, food, screen time, etc. We are suffering from the stigma of mental illness, a misunderstanding of what it is, who it affects, and how to successfully treat it. This judgment has led to criminalization, disconnection, dehumanization, and unrealized potential. This is not just a personal problem, it affects all of us.
At Rainfall Medicine we seek to change the stigma around mental illness, trauma, and addiction. Through our years of service, we have helped people struggling with PTSD, depression, chronic pain, anxiety, and addiction to understand the roots of their suffering, find support for the journey they are on, and navigate the changes they want to make. These ailments don’t have to be seen as pathologies but as journeys that can bring you back to a greater understanding of yourself and your place in our world. None of us were meant to struggle alone. Using an innovative, science-based approach that blends conventional medicine with mind-body healing modalities, we provide our patients with the compassion, tools, and community to move out of despair and to thrive. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and other treatment options allow for deeper bonding between patients and their therapists, paving the way towards greater personal growth.
Our treatments are integrative and intuitive.
We use a personalized and holistic approach that integrates premiere medication, meditation, counseling, neuroscience, exercise and stress reduction techniques to heal a traumatized, depressed or stressed brain.
