Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $250 is required at the time of submission. This fee covers the cost of your medical screening and is essential for processing your application.

Medical Review

Upon receipt of your application and fee, you will be invited to schedule a medical review with Dr. Steve Rosonke. This step ensures that all participants meet the health criteria necessary to safely partake in the experiential aspects of the retreat.

Confirmation of Participation

Once your application is approved and your medical review completed, you will receive confirmation of your registration along with additional details about preparing for the retreat. At this point, the full retreat fee of $4,000 is due. Payment plans are available to those who need financial assistance, and we encourage you to inquire about this option if needed.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that unexpected changes can affect your plans. To accommodate such situations, we have established a clear policy to handle cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency.

Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend the retreat after registration, please consider the following: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the retreat will result in a refund of the retreat fee minus a $500 cancellation fee. The application fee of $250 remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund of the retreat fee due to the costs associated with preparing for your participation.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must notify us in writing by emailing our administration team. Please include your full name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request and will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as public health concerns or other significant disruptions, all participants will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be issued. We will also offer priority registration for any rescheduled events.
