Prerequisites
Spiritual Health Retreat:
- Hold an MDiv degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Have at least two years of direct service experience in a professional capacity.
- Have completed Polaris Module 1, Introduction to KAP, or possess equivalent foundational knowledge in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Retreat Level 1:
- Hold a relevant clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, NP, etc.).
- Have completed Polaris Module 1, Introduction to KAP, or possess equivalent foundational knowledge in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

- A non-refundable application fee of $250 is required at the time of submission to cover the cost of medical screening and application processing.
Step 3: Medical Review
- Upon receipt of your application and fee, you will be invited to complete a medical review. This step ensures that all participants meet the health criteria necessary for the experiential aspects of the retreat.
Step 4: Confirmation of Participation
- After your application is approved and the medical review is completed, you will receive confirmation of your registration. The full retreat fee of $4,000 will be due at this point. Payment plans are available for those who need financial assistance.

Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from San Francisco/Oakland, where the retreat will take place. We recommend booking flights and ground transportation well in advance to secure the best rates and availability. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
If you find yourself unable to attend the retreat after registration, please consider the following:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the retreat will result in a refund of the retreat fee minus a $500 cancellation fee. The application fee of $250 remains non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund of the retreat fee due to the costs associated with preparing for your participation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, you must notify us in writing by emailing our administration team. Please include your full name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request and will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as public health concerns or other significant disruptions, all participants will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be issued. We will also offer priority registration for any rescheduled events.
