  Can't say enough good things about my experience with Rainfall Medicine and working with Dr. Steve to treat my chronic depression. To say the experience was life-changing would be an understatement.
 
 I was in a pretty dark place and very nervous going into the process. Dr. Steve went above and beyond to meet me where I was and help me to tap into my innate capacity for self-healing.

 I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with the professionalism and effectiveness of the Rainfall Medicine practice overall, with Dr. Steve Rosonske’s depth of expertise, his impactful guidance and support, and the results of ketamine therapy under his close supervision. For anyone considering ways to elevate their neuroplasticity (brain’s ability to change its structure and function in response to learning, injury, change in environment, etc.), to gain ground in resolving depression and anxiety, to make the path to sobriety more clear and attainable, or to get a higher-level perspective on who you and your purpose, I highly recommend Rainfall and Dr. Rosonske. This is one of the best actions I have taken to improve my wellbeing.

  I attended the Rainfall Medicine retreat - Path of Sovereignty this October.  Dr. Steve Rosonke and his team leaders created a safe and thorough program for everyone in attendance.  I was amazed, not only with the content and delivery of the material, but also the depth of planning and presentation.  They seemed to have considered everything when creating this retreat.  The location, the bonding exercises, the activities, the team leads, people in support roles, the catering, everything was brilliantly planned.  I attended the Rainfall Medicine retreat - Path of Sovereignty this October.  Dr. Steve Rosonke and his team leaders created a safe and thorough program for everyone in attendance.  I was amazed, not only with the content and delivery of the material, but also the depth of planning and presentation.  They seemed to have considered everything when creating this retreat.  I attended a power group ketamine retreat for men that was organized by Dr Steve Rosonke of Rainfall (The Path of Sovereignty). The care that went into the planning and execution of the retreat meant that our group could quickly come together and do deep consciousness work. As we progressed as a group through three medicine sessions, Dr Steve and the other facilitators tended to us and provided gentle guidance and opened into mirroring for each other. Very highly recommended.
  Rainfall Medicine: specifically, the KAP Men's Retreat, was transformative for me personally and professionally. This experience fostered by Rainfall has pointed me on a path to be a better father, friend and mental health professional.

It allowed me to accept what had happened to me in a way that talk therapy alone did not (and probably could not have). I was able to gain new insight into my trauma, and a new perspective on the value of my life.  KAP is evidence-based and has shown significant positive results in treating PTSD and treatment-resistant depression in clinical trials. I would highly encourage anyone struggling with PTSD or depression to contact Rainfall.  Dr. Steve is a fantastic guide and there are other kind, wonderful therapists at Rainfall. I'm frankly shocked by the one negative review of Rainfall below. It is literally the opposite of my experience. And I don't think that review fairly describes what Rainfall and Dr. Steve are doing.  A good option for ketamine therapy. The environment is super cool, helps bring your mindset into more of an “adventurous” place before the journey(s.)  My only warning is to ensure your system is clean of any substances that could impact tolerance of ketamine. The first time I went it was great.
