OUR INVITATION AS MEN
Why walk the path?
We are living through a profound moment of cultural shift — one that is asking something new of men.
The old frameworks of masculinity were never truly orienting. Many of us feel this as a quiet ache: a longing for meaning, for real connection, for a way of being that is both strong and fully alive.
An opportunity to look inward with honesty and care — to tend the places in us that have gone untended for far too long, and bring that wholeness into our relationships, our work, and our communities.
When we do this, we become — slowly and imperfectly — the role models we wished we could have had as boys.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
What if our relationships could be more meaningful?
Using ketamine-assisted therapy alongside shadow work and other consciousness-expanding practices, we journey into the places that most need attention. In that shared space, authentic brotherhood becomes possible — forged not through posturing, but through real presence and mutual witnessing.
FOUR OUTCOME PILLARS
Brotherhood
Symbolizes trust, mutual witnessing, and authentic connection.
Belonging
Represents community and finding your place among other men.
Becoming
Represents growth, challenge, and transformation. A mountain is especially fitting with Mt. Adams.
Being
Represents groundedness, embodiment, and living from a healthier place
HOW DO WE GET THERE
A living inquiry,
not a curriculum.
Our time together is shaped by these themes — moved through not as a fixed syllabus, but following what genuinely arises in the room. Three group KAP sessions anchor the container, with online preparation and integration before and after.
- Brotherhood & Initiation
- Shadow Work
- Death & Rebirth
- Expanded States of Consciousness
- Sacred Anger
- Father Wounds
- Conscious, Non-Hierarchical Leadership
- Somatic & Integration Practices

We are here to expand our consciousness, open our hearts, and step fully into our spiritual maturity — embracing our vulnerabilities, our courage, and our strength in equal measure. This is work that can truly only be done together.
The wise come to know their own inner conflicts, while the unwise keep insisting that all the trouble is the fault of others.

I attended the Rainfall Medicine retreat – Path of Sovereignty this October. Dr. Steve Rosonke and his team leaders created a safe and thorough program for everyone in attendance. I was amazed, not only with the content and delivery of the material, but also the depth of planning and presentation. They seemed to have considered everything when creating this retreat. The location, the bonding exercises, the activities, the team leads, people in support roles, the catering, everything was brilliantly planned. For me the best part was the focussed and compassionate interactions and mirroring from Steve and his three other program leaders. I’ve attended many similar retreats in the past and none of them came close to this experience. There was something magical that happened for me in October. I will engage with this group again. Thank you Steve.

I attended a power group ketamine retreat for men that was organized by Dr Steve Rosonke of Rainfall (The Path of Sovereignty). The care that went into the planning and execution of the retreat meant that our group could quickly come together and do deep consciousness work. As we progressed as a group through three medicine sessions, Dr Steve and the other facilitators tended to us and provided gentle guidance and opened into mirroring for each other. Very highly recommended
